In less than 3 months, Korint set up its management platform for Yeet VTC while ensuring the migration of their existing portfolio.

Yeet's main challenges were to find a partner who could:

  • Have access to a comprehensive and integrated management platform to avoid manual tasks.

About Yeet VTC - context and challenges

Yeet VTC is the insurance solution for ride-hailing professionals. They provide an insurance offer that rewards careful drivers and protects their business.

Their main need was to obtain a robust and scalable management platform, integrating:

  • The migration of their existing portfolio (1500 clients);

  • The creation of a smooth client subscription journey;

  • The creation of a dedicated client space;

  • A management space for Yeet VTC operators;

  • Integration with their insurer, their claims manager, and their CRM;

  • The connection with the solution that analyzes VTC drivers' driving behavior and the deployment of premium variations.

Their objective: to automate all manual processes so that operators can focus on acquiring new clients.

The Korint platform for Yeet VTC's needs

Contract lifecycle management platform

The platform contains all the necessary features to manage an insurance portfolio, including:

  • Policy management: quotes, new business sales, endorsements, direct debit mandates, renewals, cancellations.

  • Users: Permission management for an end client, a selling intermediary, a wholesale broker, an insurer…

  • Document: generation, downloading, and sharing of documents

  • Signature

  • Pricing engine: calculation of the premium and taxes

  • Billing: calculation and sending of invoices to each client, including the provision of a payment schedule and updating invoices with every endorsement

  • Payment: collection of the premium from end clients

  • Reporting: reports on portfolio activity and reportings for the insurer.

Migration

The entire historical portfolio of Yeet has been migrated, allowing former clients to benefit from the features of the new platform, without any service interruption.

Project and organization

The project was carried out in 3 months, divided into three major phases:

  1. Needs analysis and design: Collaboration between the Yeet teams and the integration teams at Korint to define the project outlines and validate product configuration rules: subscription rules, document lists, email lists, pricing rules…

  2. Development and migration: Development of the custom platform and data migration.

  3. Testing: Delivery of a testing environment, allowing Yeet to validate the features before production deployment.
